Something new

Further to my last post I am also having a look around for some good ab workouts. Although I have been working out most days for a few years now it’s all been cardio, to lose weight. Now I am down to a normal weight it’s time to start thinking about toning and getting the shape I want and it’s all pretty new to me – feels good to get my teeth into something new :)
