Do you know, I don’t own a single blu ray! How crazy is that? Maybe I need to get with the times a little. Though I suppose the reason I don’t own any is because I don’t buy that much on dvds etc any more either – it’s too expensive and generally I only watch things once any way and I’d rather go to the cinema for that.

New Shoes Needed

I really need to go and pick up some Privo shoes at some point, my old ones finally gave way a few weeks ago and they were always the most comfortable shoes I ever owned.
I wish I remember where I got them originally so I could literally just go and get the exact same ones, but I am sure I will be able to find some I like just as much that are just as comfy

I was just looking at some Rebecca Minkoff handbags and they are to die for, I am not usually one for designer gear really but have to admit I would spend lots of my hard earned cash to buy one of these bags. I usually don’t see them as worth the money for just a name, but when you really love the design as well it’s a whole different story.

As you know by now I love shopping, but more than that I love savvy shopping! I use a lot of websites to help me find the best possible prices and vouchers and the like when shopping. One thing I tend not to do is use sites with paid retailer adverts, although I am sure most are neutral I prefer to use someone completely independent such as ShopWiki.com.
I was looking for a Home Theater set for my dad a few months ago and found browsing their electronics section a great experience, the site is very simple and intuitive to use, the search function works really well and I ended up buying not only a TV for my dad but also an ipod touch for my nephews via retailers I found there!
ShopWiki.com is now bookmarked and placed highly in my ‘shopping’ bookmarks folder and I have already used it several times
Shopping Trip

I didn’t do too much buying on my shopping trip, not from want of trying, there just wasn’t much that I fancied. I did get a few bits though, as well as just generally having a nice time with my girl friend
I got a couple of sports bras for next to nothing, one of them was $2 and the other $3, they are name branded ones as well! I got some blue crop joggers just for working out in for $3. I got a really cute pink hoodie for $15 and some little red frilly knickers for the Husband to enjoy on Valentines day 
I hope there are plenty more shopping trips to come

Well how rude, in my excitement to get blogging I completely forgot to introduce myself to you!
My name is Anne, I am 29 years old and was born and bred in the UK but moved out to America two years ago to be with my man.
We are moving house in a few months time. We are getting married in December 2009. We currently have no children and no plans to have any any time soon. I work from home full time doing a variety of things.
I have lost 5 stone over the last two years.
I love Nintendo and am always playing my Wii, NDS and N64.
I love nothing more than a good shopping session and am the bargain queen.
I love television, especially reality shows and soaps.

New Boots!

I got some gorgeous new boots today, it is especially exciting because they have a nice big heel on them — I could never wear heals like this while I was so overweight because my feet would be killing to the point of not being able to walk after 5 minutes!
They are black, knee high, 4 inch heel and with 2 buckles on them.
The best part is that they were in the sale at just $30 reduced from $75.
