Why do cellular phones have to be so pretty? It seems like as soon as I get a new one, another comes out or I see a friend with one and I want that one instead – if they weren’t so expensive I would happily swap and get a new one at least once per month. Having said that I do still like my current one and I have had it for several months now.

I am wondering why a bunch of stainless steel drums have just appeared at the bottom of our street, they weren’t there before I went away for a few days. I can’t decide if they have just been dumped there by someone or if they are there for a reason that just had not yet been made clear to us residents. Very strange indeed.

I have been thinking about getting a colon cleanse recently, I have heard that afterwards it makes you feel really good and also can really help aid weight loss – it makes sense I suppose because you are clearing out any backlog and making your body feel all fresh again.

I don’t know if I dare or not though, it’s very…intimate…and I have also heard some not so fun stories about things that can happen and the pain they can cause.

I didn’t know much about hgh until recently, it’s one of those words you hear a lot and actually see an awful lot online but never really pay attention to, or at least it was that way for me.

We need to get some door hangers for the kids bedrooms, they have been nagging us for ages and we keep looking out for some nice ones that have their names on but they are proving tricky to find – I think we are going to have to get them custom made, which is cool actually because then we can add anything we like to them – like images and words

I think I am going to pick up some cheap cigars for my dad when I go into town tomorrow, it’s his birthday coming up and I know he likes to have a cigar or two on special occasions – I don’t normally approve but I also don’t say anything about it, there’s nothing worse than someone nagging at you. However I am stumped on what to get him this year so cigars might just have to be it

…pet peeve – when people don’t respond to invitations, why do you think we send them? Cos they look pretty?

Well yes they do look pretty for sure, but we send them because we want to know if you are coming to an event or not – if there is a deadline on the invitation for when you need to respond then why leave it until the day before the deadline? Or even, as has happened a few times, tell me in a general ‘in passing’ way a few days after the deadline that you’ll ‘see me there’. What? If you are coming then reply to the invite, don’t think I sent it just for fun.

Being the polite soul I am though I would never turn around and tell any one ‘sorry too late’ as that’d be rude but it does really wind me up when people do it.

When I get an invite I check my diary to see if I can go and respond right away, usually within a day or two – it’s not hard!
