I am just about to order some 2010 pocket calendars to give as gifts this Christmas, they are a great idea as stocking fillers for the people I work with and I know they will appreciate them. I am also going to order some for my family and friend because every one needs a calendar, right?

Two of my friends recently learned scuba diving, which I thought was really random – neither have any thing to do with each other so it was not like it was a joint project, they just both decided they wanted to learn!

I found out that scuba diving gear can be really expensive and if you are going to take it up you better be prepared to spend quite a lot on money and kit!

I am just about to head up into the attic and dig out my Samsonite luggage as I am heading away for a few days on Monday – getting the bus back home to spend a week with my parents. Argh I have just remembered I need to look up car insurance quotes for us as well as we are due to renew at the start of next month and we can’t afford to just renew with our current provider – we got it at a killer rate last year as new customers, but they don’t offer such sweet deals for existing customers. Isn’t that always the way?

Another of the many things on my to do list for tomorrow is finding mechanical breakdown insurance for my dad, he actually asked me to help him with it about 2 weeks ago and I have kept putting it off due to being stressed out from work – I feel mean about that now though so am definitely going to do it tomorrow, he does plenty enough for me <3

My mom just asked me to look up information on term life insurance for her online, I gave her the ‘uh oh’ look and she quickly assured me nothing was wrong – she was just thinking of changing policies or something, so phew! I will put that on my todo list for tomorrow along with the about 203 other things on it!

I have had a stressful few weeks with work and some family issues, I really wish I could just throw some stuff in a case and head off to on of the gorgeous orange beach condo rentals I stayed in during the summer, but alas money won’t allow it. I’ll just have to have a night under the duvet watching some trashy TV instead, that’s almost as good as a vacation

Drinking a big glass before a meal fills up your belly so you are likely to eat less actual food. Some times when it’s really late and I don’t want to eat any more food I have a big glass of water and then head to bed and it keeps the hunger away long enough to allow me to sleep

I think I need to find out some good acne treatment stuff for my skin, I can’t believe I even still need it at almost 30 years old but I do occasionally get really bad spot attacks and nothing I have ever used in the passed seems to really work at getting it cleared up.

I can’t wait until this is no longer an issue!
